What happens next

I read the enquiry and open the store URL on a phone.
For the free scorecard, you get three priority findings by email within two business days when capacity permits. If I am full, I say so straight away.
For anything else, I reply with the two or three questions I need answered, then propose a review, sprint or scoping session with a price.
